Feelings Rock offers social-emotional music and movement classes for children ages NB – 5 years and their caregivers (older siblings are always welcome to encourage family bonding time). Get ready to learn how to recognize, express and cope with emotions, engage in fun learning activities and promote a healthy body with movement! We like to have fun with the use of rhythm sticks, shaker eggs, puppets, stories, instruments and so much more!
