Attention all young artists!!
Art in Bloom is looking for original 2D artwork to display in the Lewes Public Library courtyard by the Junction Breakwater Trail from three age groups:
- K – 5th Grade
- 6th – 8th Grade
- 9th – 12th Grade
Members of Art in Bloom will select artwork to be displayed in April of 2026.
SUBMISSIONS ACCEPTED BETWEEN JUNE 20 – OCTOBER 31, 2025
To be considered:
- Create a piece of two-dimensional artwork on a flat surface using common media.
- Artwork should reflect the theme HAPPY 250TH BIRTHDAY, AMERICA!
- Submissions should be signed with first name, last initial, and grade ONLY.
- Download, print, and sign this release form.
- Email your release form and a digital version of your artwork to artinbloomlewesde@gmail.com.
A scanner is available at the library to digitize artwork. You may also send a photograph or a scan the piece at home.
Winning entries will be selected and parents notified in early 2026.
Artwork not selected for display may be utilized by Art in Bloom in publicity and on social media.
